Use this link to log into your webmail using your email address and the password previously sent to you.
Once logged in you can change your password, setup your mail client, setup forwarder and setup autoresponders.
You access these settings by logging in then clicking your email address at the top right of the screen.
DO NOT setup forwarders external mail services, like Gmail, Yahoo, BTinternet, etc. Doing so will mean ALL mail, including SPAM, will be forwarded, this will adversely effect your site Google rankings.
If you change your email password, don't lose it. Once YOU change it we can't recover it. If you lose it we will have to reset your mail account, for which there is a charge.
You are able to log in and change the stock levels for all items in your webstore.
You can also log in to monitor orders and retrieve customer & order info.
To access your store admin section click the link below. Use the credentials supplied to log in.
If you lose these log in details please contact us, it might take unto 12 hours to reset the details, so don't lose them!
Your image warehouse is where all your images are stored. These images are used on your site, in your newsletters and in other places depending on various factors.
You can also add images to your warehouse for use in places other than your website. Posting to forums, or hot linking on social media etc.
All images stored here and used around the net count towards your server space and bandwidth, so use it wisely. Don't use it to store every large images for sharing.
DO NOT delete images from the warehouse, unless you put them there. Otherwise you will most likely break pages on your site.
Image warehousing is password protected. To gain access request the password using the support form below.
If your site contains self updating sections you access the self-updating panels by clicking the padlock icon that will be positioned somewhere towards the bottom of your site. It won't be obvious, so you might need to look hard!
Click this link and you will be asked for login credentials. These will have been provided to you seperately.

UPDATE: Fixed.
Email delivery is presently degraded as a spam monitor blacklisted the entire data center company (unreal as this is thousands of IPs across multiple regions). This is nothing to do with Caffeine or our users and is effecting thousands if not millions of email addresses. The data center is working on it.
